Designing UX in DFW
I'm an award-winning UI / UX designer, UX Architect, and UX Unicorn with a passion for user-centered design, web technology, and digital aesthetics. I am a design evangelist and user experience advocate, and a proud member of the UXPA & IxDA. I have over 10 years of experience in leading every aspect of the digital product design process, from concept to delivery.
I design for start-ups, small businesses, and large enterprises like Walmart, Verizon, and Berkshire Hathaway. I currently serve as the Lead UX Designer & at JCPenney. I hold an MBA specializing in leadership & innovation, a Bachelor's in Visual Communications, and a certification in UX Design.
From thorough competitive analysis to customer journey mapping, no stone is unturned when it comes to identifying pain points, establishing facts, & pinpointing the best possible solutions.
From sketches to wireframes to high fidelity comps & hand-coded prototypes, solutions are architected & iterated upon through the innovation of repeated designing, testing & design thinking.
In simple or complex usability testing, designs are iterated upon again & again through careful scripting, practiced empathy, patience, and a will for continued & repetitive improvement.
Innovation is born from the destruction of assumptions & ego, along with the will to learn from failures & mistakes, & the understanding that everything can always be improved. Always.
I'm currently accepting new clients for projects globally, as well as open to speaking engagements regarding design and user experience methodology. If you have an experience project or commissioned artwork in mind, don't hesitate to contact me so that we can discuss it.
